Customers will have to be from within the 3 Islington Wards:
1. Laycock Ward
2. Holloway Ward
3. Caledonian Ward
Other CRITERIA
Customers will have to bring with them to register:
1. Photo ID
2. Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Address: Utility Bill, tenancy and/or bank statement
4. That they live on a Hyde Housing Estate
